We also have links with local and national organisations representing customers with additional service requirements, to ensure we provide you with the most appropriate services.

Additional support in the event of a large scale interruption to your water supply
Next Generation Text (NGT) Relay to contact us if you have a speech or hearing difficulty
Materials in alternative languages, large print, braille or audio format
We support the use of ContactScotland-BSL to allow British Sign Language users to interact with our Customer Advisers
