As Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2025 kicks off, Scottish Water is taking the opportunity to reflect on the power of apprenticeships. This year’s theme, "Made for Business," highlights how apprenticeships create lasting skills and opportunities for both individuals and employers. 

At Scottish Water, we’re committed to developing the next generation of water industry professionals through our Modern and Graduate Apprenticeships. These programmes give you hands-on experience, practical skills, and the chance to make a real impact in your career and community. Our apprentices are already shaping the future of Scotland’s water sector, and we’re proud to support their development.
