Licensed Providers can contact our Wholesale Resolutions Team if they have a request which involves two or more customers or properties which is becoming more complex in nature.

 

The Team aims to:

  • Assist with complex issues which are not progressing to your satisfaction.
  • Get to the root cause of the issue.
  • Listen, share learnings, support process and policy changes to ensure we get it right first time.

A dedicated point of contact will be provided along with frequent updates at key stages.

 

This ensures the correct resources and expertise are engaged to help resolve cases as quickly as possible; changes to market data and/or billing adjustments are processed without delay, and ensures no case is closed until the customer is satisfied with the resolution provided.
