Building Water

Building water is any water used for construction purposes with the exception of water for site preparation.

Licensed Providers (LPs) must apply to us for building water for all business and industrial developments.

Building water for domestic developments is not within the scope of the retail market for non-household customers, and is not managed by LPs. This includes all elements of the domestic development such as:

• building water temporary connection, supply and disconnection
• temporary connection for welfare facilities, marketing suites, site offices and sales offices
