Service of Documents

Any summons, writs, motions for specification of documents, documents, other motions and applications or other court documents which require to be served on Scottish Water should be served at our principal office which is The Bridge, 6 Buchanan Gate, Stepps, Glasgow, G33 6FB. 

This does not supersede any existing agreed service arrangements which may be in place with private practice firms handling Scottish Water litigation in Scotland.
