Collect a Standpipe
You can collect your standpipe by contacting our Standpipe Service Desk on 0800 0778 778 or email Standpipeservicedesk@scottishwater.co.uk.
Arrangements will be made for you to collect your standpipe from:
Burdens Ltd (Wolseley UK Ltd)

Newmains
North Lanarkshire

Operational Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you prefer, you can request that the standpipe be delivered to you by courier. Note: There will be a charge of £32.10 (inclusive of 20% VAT) per standpipe incurred for this service, which must be added to your purchase order or reference number.
You can pay your Scottish Water invoice here: Pay a Bill
Note: hydrant keys are not issued by Scottish Water. Purchase of the hydrant key is the responsibility of the hirer.
