Policy

We will develop policy in consultation with our customers when a particular issue either impacts on us carrying out our statutory duties and/or our customer’s needs.

We aim to create fair and consistent policies that deliver on maintaining the public health of our customers, whilst also protecting Scotland’s environment. It’s essential that our policies are complied with for these reasons.
