Graduate Application Process

Stage 1: Online Application

At Scottish Water we like to keep things simple. The first stage in the process will ask you to attach a copy of your CV and tell us a little about yourself, for example, your personal details, education and career history. 

Please submit your online application in advance of the vacancy closing date of the 17th December 2023.

Stage 2: Online Skills Assessment

If you are successful in our screening process, you will be asked to complete online skills testing. Full instructions will be provided. 

You can take these assessments on your Phone, Tablet, PC or laptop.

Stage 3: Individual Interview

Congratulations! You’ve made it to the third and final stage of our Graduate application process. The individual interview will last up to 90 minutes and will involve the recruiting manager asking some competency-based questions as well as providing you with the opportunity to ask questions about Scottish Water, the role and/or our graduate programme.
