Other Charges 2019-2020
As well as providing water and waste water services to household properties, Scottish Water can also provide other non-licensed services on request. These include:
- customer connections to the public water supply and/or the waste water network
- provision of information
- standpipes
- permanent disconnection
- septic tank de-sludging services
- meter services for household properties
These services can be provided to household customers and to occupiers of non-household properties, where the services are not provided by the Licensed Provider.
The Scheme of Charges includes an explanation and details of all Scottish Water charges which will apply from 1 April 2019 until 31 March 2020, including the other non-licensed services which can be provided by Scottish Water on request.
Our full Charges Scheme as approved by our regulator is also available on request. The full Charges Scheme additionally allows for communal dwellings, such as halls of residence.
