Loudoun Street Stewarton Overnight Sewer Repair

We are carrying out an urgent sewer repair overnight in Stewarton, East Ayrshire on Thursday 24 July 2025.

A customer has been experiencing sewer flooding for some time on Loudoun Street. Given this was the main diversion for the planned closure of Kirkford Bridge we could not carry out the repair until the project work was completed and Kirkford Bridge reopened.

Loudoun Street will be closed from 10pm on Thursday 24 July, the sewer repaired, and reinstatement carried out first thing on Friday 25 July 2025. The road should be reopened by 4pm at the latest.

We appreciate it is another day of disruption for customers however this is an urgent repair that had to wait until the Kirkford Bridge closure was removed.
